Wakefield Thermal Solutions, Inc. offers an extruded fin system that interlocks together to form our STACK-FIN™. This design makes it possible to fabricate large sized densely packed fin structures for high power heat sink requirements. Our STACK-FIN™ allows a wide range of design freedom, using one of our already developed shapes or creating new ones. The standard available line of shapes extends almost every .25" in height from 1.50" to 6.00" high at fin spacing of about 0.180",and aspect ratios of 45:1 makes this state-of-the-art process unchallenged by other technologies.
